Hey! I am Bella Manes and I am a 16 year old from California. The summer of 2020 is a very important summer volunteering wise because I am about to be a junior and I want to be more invested in my community and it also happens to look good on college applications. At the beginning of summer I was beginning to look for opportunities, but was mainly focused on having fun. I later began to get in a bit of trouble for this, so I decided to put more effort into finding volunteer work. I searched and searched for local organizations that needed help, and I came out with basically nothing. Everything was either closed due to COVID or had already been filled up by other volunteers that beat me to it. At this point, I was pretty upset, not only had I tried to find volunteer opportunities and found nothing, but I was getting in trouble because I found nothing. This was when my dad and I came up with the idea to create my own volunteer work and create volunteer work for others in a situation similar to mine. We combined my passions of protesting for BLM and marching in the Women's march with volunteering, and that is how BlueYouth was born.

Hi!
My name is Julia. I am a Freshmen at Terra Linda High School. Being apart of Blu Youth will not only help me to influence other kids and people on spreading equality but will also give me the chance to take action in my community and bring attention towards topics everyone should know. Bring justice to everyone is something I think is crucial to establish, especially since it is 2020. I am too young to vote, but will still spread my voice and information about justice for all and other Blue Youth morals. I can not wait to start helping to make a change and stand up for what I think is right.

Hi!
My name is Remy. I am a freshman at Terra Linda High School. Being apart of BlueYouth will give me the opportunity to help project my voice and opinions about current important issues and causes. I am very passionate about bringing justice and speaking up for those who can't. Since I am too young to vote, it has occurred to me that one of the ways I can help is by spreading information to my followers, in case they can vote. I hope BlueYouth can help me make a bigger impact on these current matters that are so important to me and millions of other people. I'm so excited to begin!

Hi!
My name is Sofia. I am a junior at Marin Academy. Being a part of BlueYouth gives me the opportunity to be a part of a mission that moulds to current issues and gives the younger generations a voice we didn't have before. I am ecstatic to be able to grow my voice in the community as BlueYouth grows as well. It is crucial that younger people are taken seriously and listened to and BlueYouth is our outlet to do that. I am extremely eager to get started and make changes!

Hello, my name is Giacomo. I'm a sophomore at Terra Linda High School. I am a very helpful person, but I always try to give my best effort, which is one of the reasons I decided to join this community. I joined this community because I can try my hardest to help make a change. What Blue Youth is trying to accomplish is something I believe will truly be good for the world. This community has given me hope that we can do something that will help all of us.
