Course Structure (Group)



STRENGTH SHADOW ASSESSMENT 


Individually - Learners take digitized test and receive reports of their scores, what the scores mean, deeper descriptions of the types, and strategies for dealing with their shadows. Given PDF of information.


Learners listen to a series of short lectures and go through a guided series of open- ended questions and activities that they respond to with written answers via typing. PDF of the questions and their answers are provided afterward.


As a group – have a group zoom meeting following a series of formatted questions. Learners use the answers from their PDF to talk about concepts on a team level



EMOTIONAL MASTERY  (Shadow Triggers)


Individually – Learners go through a short review of their personal shadows from last session.

Learners then listen to a series of short videos and respond to open ended questions 

in writing. Questions and responses for the unit are provided as a PDF afterward.


They are given an assignment – over the course of the following week they are to use the strategies taught in the unit to manage their emotions in challenging situations and record their efforts and outcomes into an app that is part of the course.


App summarizes their journaling into a PDF for them to reference later.


As a group, they listen to a short lecture and then have a group meeting to share experiences using their skills and use guided questions to discuss emotional issues related to the group and group performance. Group goes through goal setting exercise for group. 





INTERPERSONAL  MASTERY  (Shadow projection)



Individually – Learners go through a short review of their personal shadows from last session.

Learners then listen to a series of short videos and respond to open ended questions 

in writing. Questions and responses for the unit are provided as a PDF afterward.


They are given an assignment – over the course of the following week they are to use the strategies taught in the unit to manage their projections with a challenging person and record their efforts and outcomes into an app that is part of the course.


App summarizes their journaling into a PDF for them to reference later.


As a group, they listen to a short lecture and then have a group meeting to share experiences using their skills and use guided questions to discuss emotional issues related to the group and group performance. Group goes through goal setting exercise for group. This can include a live facilitated session for a premium.




COMMUNICATION  MASTERY  (Confrontation)


Individually – Learners go through a short review of their personal shadows from last session.

Learners then listen to a series of short videos and respond to open ended questions 

in writing. Questions and responses for the unit are provided as a PDF afterward.


They are given an assignment – over the course of the following week they are to use the strategies taught in the unit to engage in a supportive confrontation and record their efforts and outcomes into an app that is part of the course.


App summarizes their journaling into a PDF for them to reference later.


As a group, they listen to a short lecture and then have a group meeting to share experiences using their skills and use guided questions to discuss emotional issues related to the group and group performance. Group goes through goal setting exercise for group. This can include a live facilitated session for a premium.
